Weekly Photo Challenge … Spare

This prompt came when I needed it least; it seems. ‘Spare’ has a negative tone. It conjures up: not needed, redundant, duplicate, surplus to requirements and so on. Who likes to be told you are spare, the article is a copy, you are fired, sorry (or not) you are the insignificant other?
I am thinking of ways to claim spareness back and celebrate it … can you?
I say is there a spare cup of tea in the pot? And yes sounds nice.

Yes, I agree with the 2nd one – having a spare tire/tyre when you need it is worth celebrating.
But I love sparing a moment for someone. Something we should all do!
