    Oh wow. Blast from the past! My mum had the same type writer. I learnt to type on it. I must dig it out when I’m next at my dads.

    I have three typewriters in my basement — at least one works, maybe two, third needs cleaning as it’s mega-old. I wish I knew what to do with them. They don’t seem to sell all that well on eBay and are expensive to ship.

      I did get rid of two very old ones to a charity in Africa where they are still used alot. Also a treadle sewing machine was well received!
