Just a warming up exercise recommended before embarking on a new piece of art … and it was so lovely! Like a meditation; a nice way to spend 30 minutes on a Sunday morning!

It worked well a bit more ‘practical’ than plain old meditation!! I say with smile as the purists out there grimace maybe !!
